Kosovo's Insurance Regulatory System

Insurance in Kosovo is supervised by the Central Bank of Kosovo (CBK — Banka Qendrore e Kosovës). The CBK's Insurance Department exercises regulatory oversight of all insurance companies licensed to operate in Kosovo, including both domestic insurers and branches of foreign insurance groups.

Kosovo's Insurance Market

Kosovo's insurance market has grown substantially since independence.
